Kimberly Coker

Staff Director

Kimberly has devoted her career to helping others and making a difference in our youth. While working toward her bachelor’s degree at the University of North Georgia she interned at the Forsyth County Juvenile Court and worked in UNG’s Low Income Food Program, serving families in the Metro Atlanta area. She graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services Delivery and Administration with a minor in Sociology.

Kimberly started her career at Jesse’s House in May of 2016 in the role of Direct Care Staff. Through that role she gained experience supervising the girls directly, teaching them life skills and helping them learn how to cope in challenging times. In March of 2019, she transitioned into the administrative team as the Direct Care Supervisor. She returned to school and graduated in August 2023 with a Master Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies of Criminal Justice at GSU. Her wisdom, commitment, and passion led her to become the Staff Director in 2024. This role requires her to oversee the direct care team, serve as a liaison between the Administrative Staff and Direct Care Staff, and assist in direct care of residents. Each youth requires a full support team and being a part of each journey is a remarkable experience. When Kimberly is not dedicating her time and energy to each youth at Jesse’s House, she enjoys spending time with her husband and children, traveling, and being around family and friends.
